Mr. Zachary Lewis Walton passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at the age of 24. He was born on June 5, 2000 to Richard McKissic and Sonja Walton Hamilton in Columbus.
Zachary attended Westover High School in Albany, Georgia and graduated from Hardaway High School in Columbus, Georgia.

Zachary played football and soccer in High School and enjoyed playing basketball with his brothers and friends. He was also a very talented Barber and aspiring Rapper. He was a very stylish young man that loved to dress nice and always had on a crispy pair of kicks and a fresh haircut.
He was preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Gloria Ware Adams and great-grandmother, Hattie Mae Ware.

He is survived by his parents Sonya (George E.) Hamilton and Richard (Delicia)
McKissic; his twin brother Dominique Walton, his sister Lauren McKissic and brother
Richard McKissic III; his grandparents, Sandra Fields, and Dexter (Martha) Smith; his niece Malaya Walton and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The Homegoing Celebration for Zachary will be on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Progressive, interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Garden. Visitation Friday 2 - 5:00 PM.
